Purpose-designed therapy rooms for psychologists and allied health professionals, opening September 2026.

Thoughtfully designed, quiet spaces with flexible room rental options. Room rental from $170 + GST per day with flexible weekly arrangement available. Introductory rates of $150 per day until January 2027 offered to clinicians who secure a room before opening.

4 consulting rooms will be available, with priority given to clinicians who register their interest before completion.

  • Tharra Lane is designed as a collaborative community of independent clinicians. Whilst referrals can’t be guaranteed, we’ll foster opportunities for networking and appropriate referral sharing between practitioners.

  • Clinicians will manage their own bookings and practice administration. We have links to cost effective administrative support that can facilitate the running of your practice.

  • Tharra Lane Rooms is easily accessible by car and public transport. Located on Queens Parade, we’re 1-2 minutes from 86 tram; 6-7 walk from Rushall Station and 5-6 minutes from Clifton Hill Station.

    Free Street parking is available throughout the surrounding area.
